Dear HKICC Friends,
As a practicing life coach, I have often been asked whether life coaching can make us more “spiritual”. My short answer to that question would be, yes it does. Yet a longer answer is deserved for this question, and I would begin by saying that the word “spiritual” means different things to different people. And even for me, my own definition of spirituality has evolved and changed over the years.
