How did you hear about us?
I joined HKICC after the 3rd Speed Coaching Day as one of the participants.
What made you join as a member?
It is good to know more coaches in different disciplines within HKICC as well as I want to be one of them in Hong Kong.
What is one quality which you think is essential to have as a Coach?
It is very important to gain trust and rapport from all those meeting with the Coach.
How would you describe coaching?
Coaching is an interactive two way communication between coach and coachee. I like to meet with all levels of people. Being a coach, headhunter and mentor, I can make use of my different perspectives to face the uniqueness of every coachee.
Tell us about your work.
Most of my work is meeting with candidates and coaches. Meeting with people make me feel enjoyable and satisfaction. Through my work, I feel I definitely can help people.
Tell us about your non-work related interest or hobbies.
Balance of life is the most important to me. Besides my work, I spend my leisure time with my family and other hobbies such as badminton, golf and swimming.
What is your favourite book?
‘The Purpose of Driven Life’ by Rick Warren.
What is one quality you admire most in a friend?
I admire honesty and mutual understanding from a friend.
What gets you up in the morning?
The challenges that I face every day.
