Our Name:
The Sub-Committee was officially formed on 10th July, 2004 and named as 'coachXchange' (CXC), which came from 'Coach Exchange, representing exchanging ideas, knowledge and experiences among coaches within the community.

Our Direction:
- To extend HKCC by reaching the mainstream local community through bi-lingual publications and activities.
- To help inexperienced coach members to further develop their coaching knowledge and skills through activities such as training, talks and networking. These coach members are likely to have received formal coach training and possess less than five years formal coaching experiences.

Youth Mentorship Program 2004-5 - We Are Proud to be Part of It!
We are proud to witness the launch of the Joint Voluntary Project coordinated between Hong Kong Coaching Community/CXC and The Salvation Army - Youth Mentorship Program 2004-5. Supporting this project signifies one of our key focuses on serving the community while creating practice platform for new coaches.

Bonnie Chan, President of Hong Kong Coaching Community, helps the trainees to better understand themselves and to gradually realize their dreams of starting their business, and is considered the soul mentor by the trainees.

First Cantonese Free Talk – Easy Parenting
In the workshop, Bonnie and SK led us to look at parenting from different angles. Awareness was the main point brought to the audience. Participants were very active in asking questions and giving their opinions and suggestions.
