Our History:
The first name list for the Chinese Speaking Coaches was collated
by Angela Spaxman on 22 April, 2004 with 19 interested coaches.
Most of the Coaches are from HKCC, Co-achievers, CCU graduates,
Chinese Coaching Society and NLP groups. Bonnie Chan took over the
facilitator role for the formation of the sub-committee on 26th
April and temporarily named the working team as Chinese Speaking
Coaches SharedVision Team (CSCST). Response from the working team
was encouraging. From there the team attracted over 10 new-comers.
Some of them have since become members of HKCC.
Our Name:
The Sub-Committee was officially formed on 10th July, 2004 and
named as 'coachXchange' (CXC), which came from 'Coach Exchange,
representing exchanging ideas, knowledge and experiences among coaches
within the community.
Our Executive Members
Our Direction:
- To extend HKCC by reaching the mainstream local community through
bi-lingual publications and activities.
- To help inexperienced coach members to further develop their
coaching knowledge and skills through activities such as training,
talks and networking. These coach members are likely to have received
formal coach training and possess less than five years formal
coaching experiences.
Our Activities:

It!

Parenting
In the workshop, Bonnie and SK led us to look
at parenting from different angles. Awareness was the main point
brought to the audience. Participants were very active in asking
questions and giving their opinions and suggestions.
